Asian Games were founded in 1913. as eastern Olympic games with the name changed 1949. into today s Asian Games. The 15th games took place in Doha, Qatar.

In a huge and very extensive production, Matthias Zentner (director) & Mercurio Cinematography (production) sent the spirit of the games, represented through the torch-rider, on an epic ride over the eastern countries. Torch rider is a mystical character spreading messages of unity, warmth and friendship, never minding the language or cultural barriers or physical boundaries. Flame and light represent the bond between those 45 participating Asian nations. The torch-rider combines different cultures through their traditional and religious respect, admiration, importance and love of light.
